You don't have to be a regular shooter to enjoy clay shooting, our Dunkeld venue is able to accommodate beginners too, providing you with expert tuition.
Upon arrival you'll be provided with a safety briefing and fitted out in all the latest safety gear.
This venue is renowned for its brilliant shooting experiences, and also has facilities to match. You'll get your hands on the latest and best shotguns and be tutored by expert instructors. Visitors can also stay at the Dunkeld House Hotel which offers a range of rooms, suites and lodges.

The Big Shoot's venue is home to the biggest shooting range in the whole of Scotland and has the biggest shooting range in the country too! Being the biggest shooting range mean's we're also able to give you the biggest array of shooting targets - including simulated rabbits and pheasants to spice things up! We're able to accommodate people of all experiences, from the expert shooters to the beginners who've never shot before. We provide you with expert tuition that'll see you hitting clays in no time - our qualified and experienced instructors will teach you all the ropes including finding out your dominant eye, how to hold the gun properly to increase accuracy and giving you expert hints and tips throughout the experience.

A 25 clay shoot is the perfect introduction to the world of clay pigeon shooting, and gives you the chance to put your accuracy to the ultimate test. Before taking on the clays you'll be given a full safety briefing, and once that's complete it's time to work on your stance and swing. Over the course of your experience you'll receive full one-to-one tuition from an experienced shooting instructor, who'll help you perfect your technique and master the different shooting disciplines.
As you work your way round the shooting stands you'll take on a whole range of different targets including simulated pheasant and the bolting rabbit. So if you've got a steady hand, razor sharp reactions and an eagle eye this is the perfect activity for you!

Clay pigeon shooting was fantastic - Bill our instructor/ safety advisor and all round guide was fantastic - very helpful and knowledgeable. Was a great help to us who were not that clever at getting a clay pigeon. Bill was also very knowledgable able the area and very good company - would recommend the experience.
